Crispin has added a diagnostic and reporting application called Rapid Collector to Crispin 4 Life, our free 24/7 support plan. Crispin clients now have the ability to rapidly collect device and application logs along with system information for diagnostic purposes.
After a client inputs details about an incident, Rapid Collector packages it in a zipped file and sends it via FTP to Crispin for diagnosis.
