Crispin is committed to providing solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. We have worked with ExtremeReach to add support for their new Program Delivery system to our Crispin LoadingDock product.
We are excited to offer this to all Crispin LoadingDock customers that have an active support agreement (Crispin4Life or Annual Support) at no charge. If you do not have a support agreement, there will only be a remote reconfiguration fee. If you would like to move to this new interface, we would be happy to assist you in reconfiguring your LoadingDock to support it.
However, please be aware that there is a lot of demand for this currently, and the work will need to be scheduled with a member of our Support team. Please be aware that Crispin may not be able to schedule this reconfiguration immediately. Due to this, make sure you do not decommission your existing Pathfire Server until after we have been able to complete this work together. You will also need to work with ExtremeReach to enable this functionality on their end as well before we can move to the new interface.
For customers running our legacy DTA product, please note that we are currently working on a new ExtremeReach license that will be available soon for purchase.
