Secondary Records

Question:

How can I repurpose content to increase revenue?

Answer:

With Secondary Records, you can create new segment records of live events for quick turns. This allows immediate playback of segments for air, on either the same channel or separate channels. New news/live content can be scheduled on repeats without the need for user interaction, allowing the operator to focus their time on more important activities.

While most commonly used in news for quick turns on news repeats, this can be used for any live event to be auto segmented as it records, by capturing separate clips for each primary event.

Secondary Records can also be used for delay recording in order to start recording content on one channel and play back on a separate channel with a set delay. The Crispin system also allows for users to pull content up in Dubber and edit while recording continues.
